What time can I check in?
Where possible, please provide an ETA. You can usually check in from midday although we cannot always guarantee a room until after 2.00pm. If you have an early arrival, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
Our reception is open until 9.00 PM
If you expect a late arrival - please check with us first.
What time must I check out?
Check out is 10.30 am.
If you are staying in the area for the day, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the hotel.
Is there space for parking available?
You are welcome to use the forecourt for parking. Free on-road parking is also available on Western Road.
What time is breakfast served?
Monday to Friday from 7.30 am - 9.00 am
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8.30 am - 9.30 am.
How far are we from the town centre?
We are a short 10 minute stroll to either the Promenade or Montpellier.
How far are we from the coach and railway stations?
We are a 10 minute stroll from either station. Taxis are also available. Please see our walking directions.
