GUEST REVIEWS

  • Lovely relaxing place

“We had a lovely weekend at Butlers. The hotel has great character and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly without being obtrusive. The tea served in the sitting room at the end of a busy day was a very welcome and thoughtful touch. In a great position for a quick stroll into town but quiet at night, so easy to sleep.

Lovely large comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and again served with quiet consideration. Would highly recommend Butlers as a place to stay.”

  • A very comfortable stay at this unique guest house

“This is a very clean, quiet and comfortable guesthouse. The proprietors have spent a lot of time and effort in decorating this place to a very high standard. Great variety of foods for breakfast. Well placed for the centre of Cheltenham.”

  • Lovely stay at Butlers

“Excellent small hotel – lovely decor, very good breakfast with plenty of variety, good sized bedroom, pleasant hotel lounge, spotless, friendly hosts who are very knowledgeable about the local area. A quiet area, hotel has a small car park, and just 10 minutes walk into town. The hotel doesn’t provide evening meals, though there are many good restaurants and bars a short walk away. I stayed on business, but would definitely stay again as a tourist.”
